Застосунок AERIS (iOS) та сайт aeris-app.com підтримує SEVEN AM LLC. З питань про дані пишіть на [email protected].

Щоб переглядати статус тривог, обліковий запис не потрібен. Якщо ви ввімкнете сповіщення про область, застосунок передає на наш сервер:

• технічний токен вашого пристрою для push-сповіщень (його видає Apple), без імені, email чи іншої ідентифікації особи;
• перелік областей, за якими ви стежите, і вашу громаду, якщо застосунок її визначив (див. розділ 3);
• мову застосунку (українська чи англійська), щоб надсилати сповіщення вашою мовою;
• токени Live Activity (картка на екрані блокування та в Dynamic Island), якщо ви їх дозволили.

Це потрібно лише для того, щоб надіслати вам сповіщення, коли змінюється офіційний статус області. Ми не прив’язуємо ці дані до особи і не використовуємо їх для чогось іншого.

Якщо ви дозволите доступ до геолокації (лише «Під час використання»), застосунок на вашому пристрої визначає вашу громаду і найближче укриття. Координати не залишають пристрій і не надсилаються нам чи комусь іншому.

На наш сервер потрапляє тільки ідентифікатор громади (територіальної громади, а не точки на мапі): разом з анонімним push-токеном, щоб надсилати сповіщення для вашої громади, і в запиті списку укриттів цієї громади. Громада не прив’язана до особи. Без дозволу на геолокацію застосунок працює повністю: область і громаду можна обрати вручну.

Якщо доступна функція «Загрози поблизу», застосунок або сайт на вашому пристрої рахують приблизну відстань до районів із повідомлень. Для цього сервер отримує один і той самий документ для всіх: місце, координати чи громада в запиті не надсилаються, а історія місць не ведеться. На сайті браузер запитує місце лише після натискання кнопки. Необов’язкові сповіщення про повідомлення в регіоні вмикаються окремо; для них ми зберігаємо лише цю позначку разом із записом пристрою.

Розділ «Для операторів» призначений для уповноважених користувачів, яких додає адміністратор організації. Для таких користувачів ми обробляємо email, ім’я, роль та організацію, а також журнал входів і дій (з IP-адресою) з міркувань безпеки та аудиту. Пароль зберігається лише у вигляді необоротного хешу. Якщо ви прив’яжете Apple ID, ми зберігаємо його стабільний ідентифікатор (не ваше ім’я чи пошту) тільки щоб дозволити вхід через Apple; прив’язку можна зняти в застосунку («Ще» → Apple ID).

• не передаємо ваші координати з пристрою і не зберігаємо історію ваших переміщень;
• не збираємо контакти, фото, дані мікрофона чи камери;
• не використовуємо рекламні ідентифікатори, не відстежуємо вас між застосунками і сайтами;
• не продаємо і не передаємо дані для реклами;
• не використовуємо сторонню аналітику чи cookies на сайті aeris-app.com.

• Запис пристрою для push видаляється, коли ви вимикаєте всі сповіщення, або автоматично, якщо застосунок не відкривали понад 60 днів. Токени Live Activity видаляються разом із ним або по завершенню тривоги.
• Черга опрацьованих подій для сповіщень очищується через 30 днів.
• Дані операторів зберігаються, доки діє їхній обліковий запис; журнал безпеки — стільки, скільки потрібно для аудиту.
• Технічні журнали сервера (наприклад, IP-адреса запиту) зберігаються обмежений час для безпеки та діагностики.

Для доставки сповіщень токен пристрою обробляє Apple (Apple Push Notification service). Офіційні статуси ми отримуємо з alerts.in.ua та Київської міської державної адміністрації; ці джерела не отримують ваших даних. Інших отримувачів немає, окрім випадків, коли цього вимагає закон.

Ви можете в будь-який момент вимкнути сповіщення в застосунку або в налаштуваннях iOS — тоді запис вашого пристрою буде видалено. Щоб отримати, виправити чи видалити свої дані (зокрема дані оператора), напишіть на [email protected].

AERIS — інформаційний сервіс, а не система оповіщення. Статус показано на рівні області й він не замінює офіційних сигналів і повідомлень.

The AERIS iOS app and aeris-app.com are operated by SEVEN AM LLC. For data questions write to [email protected].

You do not need an account to view alert status. If you turn on notifications for a region, the app sends our server:

• your device’s push token (issued by Apple), with no name, email or other personal identifier;
• the list of regions you follow, and your hromada if the app has determined it (see section 3);
• the app language (Ukrainian or English), so notifications are written in your language;
• Live Activity tokens (lock-screen card and Dynamic Island), if you allow them.

This is used only to notify you when a region’s official status changes. We do not link it to a person or use it for anything else.

If you allow location access (While Using the App only), the app uses it on your device to find your hromada (territorial community) and the nearest shelter. Your coordinates never leave the device and are not sent to us or anyone else.

Only the hromada identifier (a community-level area, not a point on the map) reaches our server: with the anonymous push token, so we can notify you about your hromada, and in the request for that hromada’s list of shelters. The hromada is not linked to a person. Without location access the app works fully: you can pick your region and hromada yourself.

Where Nearby Threat Reports is available, the app or site works out an approximate distance to the areas named in reports on your device. The server sends everyone the same document: no location, coordinates or hromada are sent in that request, and no location history is kept. On the website the browser asks for your location only after you press the button. Optional regional report notices are a separate choice; for them we store only that setting with the device record.

“For operators” is for authorised users added by an organisation administrator. For them we process email, name, role and organisation, plus a sign-in and activity log (including IP address) for security and audit. Passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes. If you link an Apple ID we store its stable identifier (not your name or email) solely to allow Sign in with Apple; you can unlink it in the app (More → Apple ID).

• send your coordinates off the device or keep a history of where you have been;
• collect contacts, photos, microphone or camera data;
• use advertising identifiers or track you across apps and websites;
• sell data or share it for advertising;
• use third-party analytics or cookies on aeris-app.com.

• A device’s push record is deleted when you turn all notifications off, or automatically if the app has not been opened for 60 days. Live Activity tokens are deleted with it or when the alert ends.
• The processed notification queue is cleared after 30 days.
• Operator data is kept while the account exists; the security log as long as needed for audit.
• Technical server logs (for example the request IP address) are kept for a limited time for security and diagnostics.

Apple processes the device token to deliver notifications (Apple Push Notification service). We receive official statuses from alerts.in.ua and the Kyiv City State Administration; those sources do not receive your data. There are no other recipients except where the law requires it.

You can turn notifications off at any time in the app or in iOS settings, which deletes your device record. To access, correct or delete your data (including operator data) write to [email protected].

AERIS is an information service, not an alerting system. Status is shown at region level and is not a substitute for official signals and warnings.
